At Skylar Perfume, we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all bottled fragrances.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original packaging to ensure safe transit, as we cannot accept returns on items damaged due to improper packing.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
